The latest pop moment to be dragged under the music-scope is Fifth Harmony’s new single “Work From Home”. The Ty Dolla $ign assisted anthem is giving us a taste of their sophomore album “7/27″ which is set for arrival on May 20th. The X Factor US alumnae are ready to put in some serious work as it is shown in their new video that accompanies the single.

“Work From Home”-which is reminiscing to the group’s biggest single up to date “Worth It” erupts as pop radio’s most added song in the United States. But is it a HIT or a MISS?  Although there is another “work” song playing on the radio (Rihanna’s new single “Work”) there might be room for another one.

Fifth Harmony’s latest tune is both catchy and energetic, featuring the girls’ amazing harmonies. The song has a chilled out vibe especially the chorus that has something infectious about the way the girls chant “work” over and over again. Halfway through the track, Ty Dolla $ign comes in to spice up the tempo and offer a smooth verse.

Speaking of lyrics, the track has some very adult undertones. “Let’s put it into motion / Imma give you a promotion / I’ll make it feel like a vacay / Turn the bed into an ocean,” is just one example of the song’s cheeky lyrics.

The accompanying video features Fifth Harmony all grown up, in their sexiest form so far. The girls are running a construction site, doing serious heavy duty lifting and flirting with a bunch of barely dressed men. Dinah Jane Hansen, Camila Cabello, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei and Lauren Jauregui are on fire, looking better than ever whilst showing off their killer dance moves.

It is interesting to witness the evolution of 5H. From the breakup anthem “Miss Movin’ On” to the number one hit “Worth It”, these ladies are full of surprises and ready to conquer their position at the top of the charts.
